While the idea of buying a firearm online may seem daunting, the process is straightforward and hassle-free. Here's an overview of how it works when you choose to buy from our website: Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.

Step 1: Browse our extensive selection of handguns, rifles, and shotguns and add your desired firearm to your online shopping cart. Before finalizing your choice, we recommend confirming the firearm's details with a quick Google search using its UPC.

Step 2: Complete your firearm purchase, and during checkout, select the preferred Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) where the firearm will be shipped. All firearms are shipped to an FFL.

Step 3: Identify a licensed FFL dealer in your area, either during the checkout process or by using our FFL finder tool. Ensure that your selected dealer emails their Federal Firearms License to FFL@GNXTactical.com with your order number in the header. We do not initiate contact with the receiving dealer unless requested. Some important notes:

• ATF Requirements: We require the physical license of the receiving dealer for the gun transfer. After your online gun sale, kindly have your local dealer email their FFL license to FFL@GNXTactical.com with your order number in the header. We do not make phone calls to other dealers.
• FFL Status: If your chosen firearm dealer is highlighted in green, it means we have their most recent FFL on file. However, please ensure they are still accepting transfers and inquire about their hours, policies, transfer fee, and current address.
• Transfer Fee: Receiving dealers charge a transfer fee, which is not billed by us. It's best to inquire about this fee in advance to avoid surprises; it typically ranges from $20 to $50, but it varies by dealer.
• Multiple Emails: You may receive multiple emails if we lack the physical signed license of the local FFL. Please follow the instructions in these emails to expedite your gun's shipment.
• Timely FFL Submission: If we do not receive the FFL within 5 business days, we may refund/cancel your order, potentially incurring a cancellation fee per our store policies.

Step 4: We will ship the gun and provide tracking information. Please note that we may ship guns separately via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on our selection.

Step 5: Your firearm arrives at the receiving dealer/FFL. They will check it in and typically call you when it's ready for transfer. Expect a short waiting period for this call, as the arrival of the firearm does not mean immediate processing.

Step 6: Visit the receiving dealer, inspect the firearm, "Accept Transfer," pay the FFL transfer fee, complete required paperwork, and take possession of your gun.

Step 7: Once you have your firearm, read the manufacturer's manual, clean and lubricate it as per the manufacturer's instructions to remove preservative oils. Always handle your firearm responsibly and safely.

Step 8: Explore GNX Tactical for optics, holsters, accessories, or consider your next legal firearm purchase! Please note that all firearm purchases are final. If a background check fails, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Any issues with the firearm after transfer should be directed to the manufacturer for replacement, warranty, or service.
